At CreatiML, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience by ensuring that your custom print-on-demand products are shipped efficiently. We use Printify to fulfill and ship all our orders, so our shipping processes align with their production and delivery timelines. 1. Order Processing Time

  • Production Time: All custom products are made to order. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be processed and sent to Printify for production. The average production time is 2-7 business days depending on the product and design complexity.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation once your product has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address, selected shipping method, and the weight/size of the product. Shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
  • Free Shipping: Occasionally, we may offer promotions for free shipping. Please check for any special offers at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We work with Printify to fulfill all orders. The shipping methods available to you depend on your delivery location and the product you purchase. Below are the general shipping timeframes:

  • Domestic (UK): Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after production.
  • International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
    • Europe: 7-14 business days after production.
    • Rest of the World: 10-21 business days after production.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can be affected by various factors such as holidays, customs, and weather conditions.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress through the carrier’s website.

5. Order Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume during peak seasons.
  • Shipping carrier delays.
  • Customs or import procedures for international orders.

We recommend allowing extra time for delivery, especially during busy periods like holidays.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: Some carriers do not deliver to PO boxes, so please ensure your shipping address is valid.
  • International Orders: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the shipping fees and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs authorities.

7. Missing or Lost Orders

If your order seems to be lost or delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us at business@creatiml.uk. We will work with Printify and the carrier to track your order and resolve the issue.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to either replace the product or offer a refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
